Our duty at the IT Club Help Desk (ITCH) is to provide technical support for all students,
staff, and faculty at Penn State. Our services range from diagnoses and consultations,
to hardware and software repair. All services are provided for free to all Penn State members.
Currently, an appointment must be made in order to receive ITCH support. Please email the ITCH manager if you wish to setup an appointment for technical support. The email should include your name, email, and a description of what problems you are experiencing.
